Biography:

Normand has over 40 years of distribution and supply chain experience. Through out is career with some of the largest food distributors in Canada, Normand was recognize for his abilities to bring and implement transformational changes often in complex work environments. Most of Normand's experience has been in unionized environments. In managing associates and management personnel, he quickly identified the importance of training and coaching. This realization is the inspiration behind his training philosophy.

Normand plays a key role in G. H. Bishop Global's approach at implementing sustainable workforce initiatives where he is responsible of operational related training.

Built out of Normand's experience as a manager comes the management training. In combining both theoretical and practical training, he will train your different levels of management to most efficiently do their job. His focus will be on teaching the tools and behaviors to efficiently plan work, coach associates, manage associates, master awkward conversations, and become an overall asset to the operations.

Order selection method training often involves a massive change in how an individual accomplishes the task of selection products. Whether training future trainers or directly training associates, Normand has developed an approach that can convince individuals to try something different. He has heard countless numbers of time "I've been doing this job all my life and there is nothing you can teach me!", Normand has the right approach to address this resistance to change. At the end of the day, he wants associates to be able to perform at standard pace in the safest and least fatiguing manner.
