Biography:

Danielle has over 25 years of experience implementing Work Measurement programs and Engineered Labor Standards ("ELS") in distribution and retail environments. During the course of her career, Danielle managed groups of engineers responsible for implementing workforce management initiatives in unionized environment where she was responsible of ensuring the quality of the work.

Danielle is a certified MOST® practitioner as well as Six Sigma Green Belt certified.

Distribution operation ELS implementation:

Danielle led one of the largest North American implementation of Engineered Labor Standards in the food industry. Under her guidance, a team of engineers deployed a workforce initiative in over 90 facilities across Canada and the United States. An important part of her role was to coordinate the different teams working in parallel and ensure the quality of each and every project. She was also tasked with building a relationship with the various labor unions and locals that represented the tens of thousands of associates. This imitative yielded an average 23% productivity improvement for the client.

Retail operation ELS implementation:

Danielle has worked with many retail customers to improve their in-store practices, efficiency, and productivity. These initiative have also had positive impact on customer service and satisfaction. Danielle applied her Work Measurement skills to develop the necessary metrics to improve the scheduling of associates. Danielle's experience spans over various retail operations including e-commerce, supermarkets, department stores, and discount retailers.
